Drymix Mortar is the ideal product for use in the placement of bricks and blocks. It couldn't be simpler to use. Just add water!
Drymix Mortar's special blend of Portland cement, well-graded mortar sand and selected admixtures makes it particularly suited to the DIY user around the home. When combined with water, Mortar produces a high quality mortar with excellent handling and laying characteristics. It is ideally suited for use in all forms of masonry work including placement of bricks and blocks. Also appropriate for BBQs, fireplaces, garden and boundary walls, raised plant beds, storage and compost bins, sandpits, ornamental pools and terracing. Please note that Mortar is a specialist masonry product. It is not suitable for use in general concrete applications.
When mixed according to the instructions, Mortar achieves a 28-day strength of 12.5MPa in accordance with NZS 4210:1989:Code of practice for masonry construction.
